The final General Assembly and two workshops successfully took place in Trivalis
The final General Assembly of the project took place on 13-14 September 2017 in la Roche-sur-Yon in France. It included cluster and innovation workshops with dynamic discussions between all participants.
Cluster workshop: most important good and best practices around the clusters.
Each territory has different needs and challenges. Therefore, the cluster workshop focused on the specific application of identified policy measures, incentives, good and best practices in each cluster. The participants formed different groups corresponding to the cluster territories and discussed and voted each aspect in their groups. Afterwards, the information was shared to all the partners. This workshop helped to define the starting point for each cluster, to identify most promising solutions and to refine several aspects of their implementation, such as action steps, involved stakeholders, necessary resources, possible risks.
Innovation workshop: generating new ideas for the good and best practice implementation
Inspiration was the goal of the second workshop on innovation. The approach was to select those good and best practices that were most common to all clusters and to propose innovative solutions for the challenges and problems faced in the different countries. Different tools were applied to approach the idea, for instance “Marketing Persona” – a method to identify a specific target, define their profile and better understand their needs in order to find an adapted solution. The workshop also used a “pitch” presentation method – the generated ideas were shared with the other partners in a well-structured 5-minute presentation.
